• Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to circumvent security measures or abuse the service
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. Content Ownership and License

You retain all ownership rights to the videos you upload. By using our service, you grant CTRL Vision a limited license to process, store, and analyze your content to provide the requested services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before video processing begins. All sales are final unless the service fails to deliver the promised output due to technical issues on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, CTRL Vision does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

CTRL Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

All CTRL Vision branding, logos, software, and service elements are the intellectual property of CTRL Vision and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The AI-generated commentary and analytics provided through our service become your property upon delivery.

• Infringe upon rights of others
• Upload malicious code or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI systems
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
